John was my go to plumber. His guys were always professional and responsive in the past until last night. I called John b/c my boiler broke and flooding my basement. I immediately apologized for calling on a Sunday but to my surprise, he lied to me and told me he was retired and that I should call the “ Indian workers” that did repairs on my house. I was shocked to hear such a racist comment. Stay clear!!!!!! He seems like a nice guy but don’t let him fool you. This man does not deserve your business. Shame on him!
John and his company have serviced our building for the past ten years. Along with the numerous emergency repairs and upgrades, he helped us restore the gas service when it was shut off by the whim of the gas company. They came for a gas leak, noticed an existing pipe was 1/4" too small, and shut the gas to the building off. It was a months long process, something that John made easy on our end. I can't recommend John and his company highly enough!
John is a great guy who runs a great business. He and his team provide us with heating oil and service our boiler. Whenever we call with an issue, they are always there to fix it so quickly. Great, friendly guys, especially Lorenzo who actually care about the customer and perform quality work. We switched over to them after a nightmare experience with Metro heating and have been happy ever since. I highly recommend this business to all.
Fast service. John services our whole building and has been for many many years. Convenient as he’s just up the street.
