Can't get anyone to answer the phone, and the one time out of three different days and ten calls they did answer I got left on hold for 12+ min... need more receptionist to handle phone I guess
We rushed back from Tulsa to get to the tag agency before 4:30. We pulled in at 4:13 and the sign was flipped to closed. It was clearly stated on the front door that they close at 4:30. I looked through the window and the lady saw me and was nodding her head “no”. I would understand if they advertised their actual hours, but this was disappointing. Especially since I cut my priorities short.
