I went to urgent care because my eyes are swollen and in pain. I have no other symptoms. After pretending to listen to my lungs and looking in my mouth for 1 second. Doctor Sallenbach said it's probably a sinus infection. I asked him why he thought that and he said "if it looks like a duck and sounds like a duck it's probably a duck". This was his medical diagnosis. I do not have any symptoms of a sinus infection. No post nasal drip, no fever, no cough, no runny nose, so of course I was skeptical.
