I went in for my procedure in the morning but this was stopped because the male assistant who was taking the x-ray that day was not properly trained to operate the x-ray machine and they had to reschedule my appointment to a different office. I want to thank the doctor for stopping the procedure .🤍
Dr. Wilner was rude when demanding (not asking) me to leave the room bc as he put it, he can understand Spanish and speak it. He even went as far as saying that if I stayed, he would not see her. My mother (the patient) had an appt and although she can understand English for the most part, she prefers to have me in the room in case there is something she doesn't understand or in case she knows what she wants to say in Spanish but isn't 100% sure how to communicate it in English. Staff is very unpleasant, Jackie has a nasty attitude all the time! Very unprofessional.. my experience was terrible.. Establishment is a scam.. do not recommend ! Go else where for therapy & doctor shows up when she wants regardless of appointment!! Do not waste your time!!!!
