I have visited this therapy clinic multiple times, and every time I have an appointment, I end up waiting for one or two hours past my scheduled time. This is extremely frustrating and shows a lack of respect for patients’ time. Additionally, often I leave without receiving any treatment, or I’m given an appointment only to find out that the session is not worthwhile or not what I expected. If I could give less than one star, I definitely would

I’ve been getting ongoing treatment at Sall Myers Medical Associates, and they’ve been great to work with. They specialize in comprehensive care for accident-related and personal injuries, which has made things much easier for me since everything I need is in one place — from orthopedic and pain management services to on-site x-rays and open MRIs. I had a great experience at this doctor’s office. The front desk staff was friendly, efficient, and made the check-in process very smooth. The office runs on time, and everyone I interacted with was helpful and professional. The doctors took their time, answered all my questions, and made sure I understood everything before I left. Overall, a very positive visit and I would definitely recommend this office.
