Shirley, the lead house keeper is WONDERFUL! This review is mostly about her. She goes above and beyond for the residents. I was waiting for a clients lunch, standing in front of a table full of managers who did not even acknowledge me, yet Shirley did when she noticed I was waiting awhile. She also came to change the bedding for my client and explained things she has had questions about. She is very personable as well, and someone I recommend looking for for answers....
