I was treated very nice in every step of renting.
I wouldn’t recommend renting from a company that tries to defraud their tenants like Salish Flats is attempting to do to me. Worst experience ever, don’t rent here. Salish flats decided to withhold my entire deposit, and charge almost $600 in “cleaning fees” and “renovations” after I moved out. This is a classic landlord bully tactic, and I won’t stand for it. My advice is to RUN and not look back!
Adam was here as scheduled on time. He showed with a pleasant attitude. He was quick and efficient. My water pressure is great now.
