Customer service was extremely rude and unhelpful from start to finish. It was almost impossible to get any clear information about whether parts were actually available, if shipping was possible, or even if pickup could be arranged. Trying to buy over the phone was a nightmare, and Facebook Messenger was even worse — messages were ignored, incorrect prices were given, and communication was very poor overall.
