Truly disgusting how some of the doctors treat their patients and/or their patients care givers or whoever it may be with them. The nurses and front desk is wonderful and the physc doctor is amazing she is always so sweet and nice but all the other DOCTORS need to remember who they are it truly makes me sick all the snickering and talking and trying to make things complicated yeah they all think they are somebody special that should be looked up to or something I guess.

So I have to take out a chunk of my day to travel to the VA and wait to get appointments and information because no one ever picks up the phone. Make it make sense to me why you have to wait on the phone for over 1hr and half and still not reach anyone.

My friend had an appointment at 2pm. Her doctor referred her to the ER at 2:40pm, where they immediately checked her in for fluids to rehydrate & relieve pain. It is now 5:07pm & she has not been seen for this procedure. This is unacceptable! WHY are there not enough rooms to accommodate a simple procedure! I mean REALLY?! After meeting the ER TEAM, they did express the unusual Monday & apologies we're extended for the wait. I'll give a solid 4 stars for today's experience.
