Called on a Friday and was told to bring in the vehicle the following Monday for brakes, ball joints, alignment and inspection. Truck was ready Monday afternoon, even with one less mechanic that day and for much less $$ quoted by a different shop. Great work. Thank you.
I've lived in the Richmond area since 1999. This is the first place in this area that has felt like your classic "mom and pop" automotive business. My car just happened to break down right in front of the business a few weeks back, and they were quick, honest, communicative and reasonably priced. The mechanic (Paul) followed up with me via phone a few days later to ensure things were running smooth from the repair.
