I’ve had amazing communication from this clinic. The reception are prompt with not leaving you on call. My doctor is very supportive with her care.
Incompetent and dismissive. Outright ignoring emails, sending generic (irrelevant) responses, and even sending personal details to other random clinics, for the wrong assessments, without any communication or discussion first. Constantly having to contact them to find out what's happening because they don't communicate otherwise. I strongly recommend Dr.Shahrokh Gudarzi. He is one of the most caring, professional and knowledgeable doctor I've ever met. He change my life and I really appreciate him.
Had a referral to see Dr Shahrokh Sardarpour. Was given the wrong date via text. Then charged a fee for not attending and told my appointment was canceled. Absolutely terrible customer service and communication. Spoke to several different receptionists and could not get an answer as to why that happened. Emailed them and no response. My gp very graciously called Dr Shahrokh directly and arranged for an appointment again. Only to be contacted again later and told I must pay the $400 something fee before he would see me.
