Frontier property management and all Salisbury square apartments affiliated with it is a scam. You will receive your apartment in damaged condition and they will never fix those issues. You are expected to buy and replace your HVAC filters, and be sure to check those when you move in. Because mine had one that had to of been years old. My AC unit went out and they left me without AC all summer. It took them 6 months to fix. It took them over a year to fix a leaky faucet that existed before I received the unit. I enjoy living here. It is close to my job and in a good location. The landlord is very easy to work with as well as the property management company. The renovations make them extremely nice!
