I had a wonderful experience and felt they were very honest.
I brought my car in on Labor Day and had Mike call to ensure that the gasket for the thermostat was in stock at the Auto parts store and the store said the gasket was in stock. Then Mike proceeded to tell me that it will take him one hour to replace the part once the car cools down and I will get my car back that day so Mike took me home.
