I had a great experience with Dr. Sulisbury. She is a compassionate listener. My surgery and post surgical experience excellent.
Dr. N (Nancy Salisbury) has been incredible to work with. She's friendly and motivated to help you. I was feeling depressed and anxious going through the change. I didn't know what to do and wanted to explore all my options. She is quite knowledgeable and fun to work with. Has helped eliminate hot flashes, help with sleep again, and helped me field all the issues that were challenging when you reach the mid life time line. I highly recommend Dr. Salisbury. Her staff is also top notch.
The office didnt followup with the ins company after requesting prior auth for a major surgery. 14 days before scheduled surgery I called to ask question and they realized there was no Pre-Auth in the file. The office blamed the ins for sending the denial to a bad address. The dr failed to provide more medical info to ins for the appeal. She sent a sloppy hand written note with no Dx or Tx codes. Bottom line this office dropped the ball on the authorization for 4 months and I am left in pain.
