An older woman, who has had a serious fall on her back and who is in immense pain requests a back x-ray - is turned away by both male doctors, instead given a physio health plan that takes many weeks to take effect. Absolutely astonishingly unprofessional and lacking patient respect and adherence to basic standards. It could be a spinal injury that needs attention asap. Unfortunately, this centre betrayed my faith in them and the way they treat long term clients. I get it's a business and all, but to be so obtuse when there's a misunderstanding is a poor business strategy. UPDATE: i have returned to this practice as my original doctor continues there and perhaps the people running it have changed or phased out. Admin staff are wonderful. Doctors are fabulous I literally trust them with my life. I would nor hesitate to recommend them to anyone
