An older woman, who has had a serious fall on her back and who is in immense pain requests a back x-ray - is turned away by both male doctors, instead given a physio health plan that takes many weeks to take effect. Absolutely astonishingly unprofessional and lacking patient respect and adherence to basic standards. It could be a spinal injury that needs attention asap.
