Really clean and well maintained historic building in downtown Frederick. Warmly greated by receptionist and offered a host of beverages. Closing documents were accurate. Total time of closing was less than one hour. Attorney new his stuff and everything was perfect. Will use them again. Highly recommend.

The best Title Company in Frederick! I was closing on a house last week with a different title company in Frederick chosen by the buyer. Their underwriter nearly caused an eight-week delay because they could not understand the property description. Worse....the title company we closed with and bought our title insurance through in the market bubble of 2008 no longer existed! Aaackk!
