Explored the possibility of doing a will with this firm. They sent a draft of a will with some other people's names and preferences. Did not proceed with doing a will with this firm because they are completely unprofessional. Two years later they send us a bill for $600. What a joke

Really clean and well maintained historic building in downtown Frederick. Warmly greated by receptionist and offered a host of beverages. Closing documents were accurate. Total time of closing was less than one hour. Attorney new his stuff and everything was perfect. Will use them again. Highly recommend.

I have used Salisbury, Mclister and Foley for both seller and buyer closing's. Time and time again John Foley and staff have delivered top notch service. Always there to answer question's for my clients with the utmost courtesy one could have. I have only experienced smooth settlements from this group of professional's!
