John Foley has done multiple closings for me over the past few years. Great guy. We always started on time, and he answered all my questions. One closing during covid he stood outside of my car and we did the paperwork through my window. I prefer to go into his office though. They have the good candy. I will only use his office for my contract needs. They make it so easy and do not feel rushed
Explored the possibility of doing a will with this firm. They sent a draft of a will with some other people's names and preferences. Did not proceed with doing a will with this firm because they are completely unprofessional. Two years later they send us a bill for $600. What a joke

Really clean and well maintained historic building in downtown Frederick. Warmly greated by receptionist and offered a host of beverages. Closing documents were accurate. Total time of closing was less than one hour. Attorney new his stuff and everything was perfect. Will use them again. Highly recommend.

Always there to answer question's for my clients with the utmost courtesy one could have. I have only experienced smooth settlements from this group of professional's!
