Absolutely thrilled! From the design, to the work, finding solutions to things that arose, designer Viktor and his crew were amazing. People stop by when we are in the yard to ask about who worked on this design for us. We wanted beautiful but easy as we are older, for our front and back yard refresh and it has made our yard shine! Thank you!
Update: A different manager contacted me after I had posted this review. She apologized for my experience with customer service and said that they would honour the poster. A week later the trees were staked and a gift card delivered in the mailbox as promised. We are satisfied with the result and hope the trees will grow well despite a rough start. Salisbury Landscaping did a wonderful job on my low maintenance yard. Viktor and his team were very attentive to my needs and completed the project within budget and ahead of time. I would not hesitate to work with Salisbury again on any other projects.
I do understand that landscaping companies are quite busy around this time of year, but despite several attempts, I was not able to get any quotes for the services needed even though I provided the information they required.
I once gave this company 5 stars...however 4 YEARS LATER without any communication since, they have decided to send us an invoice claiming there is a $365 unpaid service. I had sent them nearly $100,000 of buisness across 2 seperate projects in 2021 and am now getting harrassed by some member of their accounting team over their error!
