Bought our home a year ago the A/C unit was undersized and hasn’t worked very well since the beginning, it keeps freezing over sailsbury are under warranty to fix it and all they have done is push us off we are getting no help. They keep sending out airworx and all he has done is yell at my husband. We are living in a home that’s over 80 degrees with the a/c at full blast. I had a home built by Salisbury Homes 7 years ago. They pressured me into posting a review within days of taking possession. However, in that short of time the true value was not known. Since then I have had several problems with the home. Some very very expensive repairs. I would say the quality of the work done on the home was very poor. Lots of little things just weren't done right. At the time I didn't know about blue clay soil. I had started to have cracks at the outside windows. Bunny is the best. She is super knowledgeable and incredibly patient with us through the process. She has always gone over and beyond for us and I would highly recommend working with her.

We've lived in 2 Salisbury homes now, and both have had issues with construction that we've had to fix. Specifically plumbing issues...nothing earth-shattering, but sewer gas coming up bathroom sinks, a shower pan that pools water, missing p-traps, test caps that were left in from when the home was built, etc. get real old after a while.
