Dr Lay is the best! 🩹
I recently started to visit this surgery after moving to the area and was surprised at the care and time Dr Stephen spent even adressing something i wasnt initially there for. I have since seen him and David, both my partner and I are happy with the service, also the convenience of a 6:30am appointment if needed!
Very fast appointment and friendly doctor , very happy with my visit.
Told my doctor about my depression, basically started dismissing the fact that I have depression by comparing my life to others. Completely unprofessional you don’t know what I’ve been through and you have made me feel like my depression and my life is a joke compared to others with more dire situations. Depression is generic and considering how many people are diagnosed with depression these days, you should know better then to handle a conversation so unprofessionally like that. Never going back.
It is great to have appointments before work and using health engine to book online makes it super easy for busy people.
