Incredible! Staff are friendly and greatly care for their patients. When you go here, you aren't just a number. Their team works together very well, and it's evident that everyone on staff is happy. Dentist's take time to listen to your needs. I had a ton of special requests, and had to get a lot of dental work done. Each staff member, including the Dentist, Receptionist, Specialist, Hygienist, took great care to listen to me and make me feel at ease. Great place to get dental work. Dr. Okons and the rest of the staff are very friendly. I had a recent extraction that got complicated when an infection was found. Dr. Okons immediately prepared perscriptions and a referral for an oral surgeon to fix it. They were very kind throughout the experience and tried accomodating me every way they could during the appointment. While they couldn't finish this particular extraction I'll be going back for whatever work I need. Their patient care is the best and worth it.
Staff is wonderful very friendly 😊 and work with your dental anxiety and understand ! They found nothing wrong and didn't try to make me have work done I didn't need so they are extremely honest with great integrity 👏
Very rude, They do not know how to manage their clients. They make you come to,to many visits for the insurance. I wouldn't recommend this dentistry.
I have been trying to get someone on the phone for two days so I can reschedule an appointment - I have called multiple times, left multiple messages. No one will call me back. Update: When I finally got someone on the phone, they told me I wasn't on the schedule. They just repeated that, over and over. I finally had to drive to the office, where I was made to feel like I had no right to be frustrated with the lack of communication. It was entirely unacceptable.
