THE WORST RECEPTIONIST EVER. one of the receptionists was extremely rude and disrespectful over a phone call on a super simple and reasonable request. He's the one who spoke very poor English, but he indeed was using very aggressive and dismissive tone to me in both English and Chinese, which made me feel very hurt and disappointed about the services.
Dr Yang is very professional and friendly. I had a surgery by Dr Yang. I am so impressed by result. Every visit is great experience!
I had a very disappointing experience at this clinic with Dr. Yang today. I went in with persistent throat pain, expecting a professional assessment, but instead, I was met with dismissive and rude behaviour. The doctor showed no interest in properly examining me or providing any advice, simply saying he “couldn’t see anything” and suggesting I go elsewhere.
