I love going to this doctor’s surgery it’s always friendly and the drs are fantastic I have no issues when I need to see them great job
Reply： Please don’t try to shift the responsibility. Everyone should be aware that this test was submitted by the doctor from your clinic. When the test results were submitted, your clinic should have informed me that there would be a charge — and it should have been done immediately. Instead, I suddenly received a collection notice for a test done at your clinic, even though I had already paid all fees there. First time visiting this practice and the Dr was 30/40 mins late for the appointment. Zero communication from the staff either whilst waiting. The diagnosis attempts were limited and didn't feel attentive to the issues. Personally, i wouldn't go back.
Friendly staff. Dr Olive is most experienced Dr. only few mins waiting time if you booked appointment.
