Bad experience,no sense of urgency,kindness and equality,my Son was experiencing excruciating pain for 4 hrs without any help,instead other kids who came after him got served....absolutely unacceptable
June 2022, I was sent home from A&E despite agonising knee pain and 39 degrees fever. I returned the next evening as my pain was unbearable and given pain killers had no effect. I waited the whole night in A&E sitting on a chair with 40 degree fever and an agonising pain in my right knee. The very rude doctor eventually came and said I am „like all young people, just complaining for nothing, I probably just hurt my knee.“ I was 43, and had three children at home aged 6months, 2 and 4 years old.
