Midwife was rude and disrespectful
I have always found the staff here to be friendly and efficient with waiting times reasonable.
My Dad had spinal surgery here to help his spinal stenosis. I’ll start with the positives: the place was clean, the staff were friendly and welcoming, and the food was good as far as hospitals go. Negatives: I’m leaving a 2 star review because the medical staff would not let my dad access his own daily medication despite him having full mental capacity, and on reviewing his MAR chart, they had actually been administering his daily medications incorrectly. I went to Salisbury hospital to look at my tooth and them said them will put me on the Adult list
So often we complain about service and treatment. The past week I have just experienced the care ,and support of the fantastic NHS hospital in Salisbury. I was treated with care ,respect and compassion the entire team from consultant to cleaners and volunteers. What a wonderful team they are. The nurses that treated me like I was one of there own family. God bless them all . These people do life saving work ,every day .
