From start to finish, Salisbury delivered on what we had discussed. The process was explained well by Jake who was patient in answering all the questions I had. He was a great resource throughout the building process and was flexible with us when we needed a couple weeks past the original closing to finalize the sale of our previous home. We are very happy with our Salisbury home. Jake was helpful throughout our home building process. Anytime we had questions or concerns, Jake worked hard to get us the information we needed and provide solutions. Jo was great to work with for the design meeting. The process from start to finish was very quick. Jake communicated the speed from the beginning and it helped us prepare accordingly. We will recommend Salisbury in the future.
BUYER BEWARE. We just closed on our home in the Mellor community in Spanish fork. Working with Salisbury was an absolute nightmare. They’ve got all entities (Riding homes, Salisbury, lender) under the same roof so you are stuck with no room to negotiate. This is used to their advantage when it comes to accountability; when one party fails, they can blame it on someone else and carry on. We bought through Salisbury homes a little over a year ago, since then we have noticed just how poorly these homes are built. We had cracks on almost every wall, cracks in every corner of the baseboards, nothing was caulked correctly so our counter tops were pulling from the wall, things were falling apart on us left and right, we noticed a few of our neighbors houses where the foundation was cracking already.
