Been in our home less than 2 years and the hvac already broke. Siding cracking and gutters/soffit leaking. Terrible builder.

We just bought a house from Salisbury Homes and they were really great to work with. Very informative and helpful the entire process. Reed was who me and my wife talked and met. He was very observant and helpful with our home owner walkthrough.
Love our new home! I think overall it went good and the process was easy. Communication could have been a bit better and when we did the walk through, the house still wasn't done yet. There were still some issues not fixed when we moved in but our agent did well in getting us the correct resources.
Salisbury homes built drainage ditches in our neighborhood leading to a false sense of security regarding water mitigation plans for a high density neighborhood. Many neighbors have flooded and we are thousands of dollars deep into drainage and landscaping required to protect our home. New builds with this company have seemed to come with massive costs within the first year due to poor build quality.
