Reed is the best. Very informative and caring.
Salisbury homes is complete garbage! I have had issue after issue with my home as well as everybody in my whole development. Even friend's have major issues with Salisbury in a completely different development. Plumbing is scabbed together, electrical is a mess (who puts the microwave on the same circuit as the garage? I can't use the microwave while using tools in the garage without kicking a breaker) roofing issues and lthe list is long!!! Loved working with Jake on our first home. He was great at communicating throughout the process. Our house was finished exactly when they said it would be. Definitely recommend!
Our experience with Salisbury Homes has been horrible to say the least. What should have been an exciting experience for my wife and I building a home for the first time was turned very sour by their unprofessionalism. We began bringing up issues to their agent such as a window being placed incorrectly and broken 2x4s in the walls after the supposed inspection took place. Just closed on a home in the Mapleton village development. Salisbury homes and specifically Jake Argyle have been super good to work with, time estimations were right on and we were able to customize everything we wanted in our home!
