Our home was finished ahead of schedule. There were very few items that needed to be fixed after the home inspection (our inspector was impressed). The overall experience with the Salisbury’s team was pleasant. We bought a house from Salisbury Homes a few months ago. PAY ATTENTION to your home price breakdown. We got our price list and there was a random $6,000 HVAC charge. My In-laws own an HVAC business and there was nothing fancy about the system is was the minimum required. On the phone they tried to explain why it was an extra charge but when I asked to meet in person, they went through the price list and somehow randomly that $6,000 had just disappeared... EDIT: Do not go with their new construction. They do not care about proper drainage in the backyards. We have had so much flooding and are constantly having to pump water out of our yard. There is about 5-6 inches of water in our yard yet they refuse to do anything about it. They poorly grade the lots and when you call them out on it, they say it's not their responsibility.
