I used this dentist office for around 5 years but have relocated and had to find a new one. I called the office 19 times and even had my dad physically go to the office to try and get my dental records. When he arrived during normal business hours they had left for the day. the voicemail was full (has been full for a year now) and they also did not respond to any of the email addresses on their website. Dr. Nance is terrific. He has a great personality along with his team. I am glad I chose him to do some serious work on my teeth. Thank you all at Salisbury Dental Center.
Horrible. Do not recommend this dentist. They don't answer the phone. They don't assist you with your insurance. Bottom line, bad customer service. Very rude.
Dr Nance, very nice and personable, hygienist, very friendly and did a thorough cleaning. Recommend highly!
