Great experience. Prompt service. Called their office yesterday to report that I had lost a filling and was experiencing some discomfort. The office staff was able to schedule me to come in within just an hour of my call. When I arrived, they took me straight back. Dr. Nance numbed me up and replaced my filling within 30 minutes of my arrival. All in all, Dr. Nance and his staff were (as always) very professional and compassionate during my extremely unexpected and uncomfortable ordeal.
My favorite dentist office ever!! Love the staff and Dr. feels like seeing friends every 6 months
Do not go here. I have been a loyal client for 8 years..8 years.. and them a year ago they called me telling me that my hygienist quit and I'd have to wait another 6 months for just a cleaning.. then called me on the 2nd appointment day of.. and told me my hygienist isn't there so my appointment is canceled and to have a good day.. with no option of reschedule.. after 8 years of being with them. So do not waste your time if they treat me like this after almost a decade of being a client!!! Moving on!!!
