Get my appointment in very quickly! The receptionist Karen is very thoughtful. When I told her I couldn’t bear toothache anymore and ask her if any canceled appointment available to put me in early other than wait for my appointment date. She felt for me and scheduled me right in and got my wisdom tooth taken care. I didn’t wait too long as I was told to. The dental office is very clean and nice!
Waited three months to get a first appointment with Dr Chen. A week before the appointment my husband received a letter in the mail stating they had canceled our insurance and all services would be full price out of pocket.
LOVE this place! Every single person there, including the doctor and her support staff, made me feel welcome and supported. They are so fun and you can tell they all get along and love to work together as a team. That kind of environment makes the patient's experience so enjoyable. Thank you to Dr. Chen and everyone at Salisbury Dental :)
