My husband and I did a couples float for my birthday. We both really enjoyed it and agreed that we would come back in the future. Not only was the float tank great, but the shower room and dressing room were both very nice and had everything we could think of to make the experience more comfortable.
We recently visited Salinity Salt & Flotation Spa and it was an absolutely incredible experience. That's the perfect date idea, from the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was calming and serene. We opted for the flotation tank and it was pure bliss - we floated effortlessly in the salt water. The benefits lasted for days afterward; I felt more relaxed and focused than I have in months. I highly recommend Salinity to anyone looking for a deep relaxation experience.
I stopped by the spa when I had a day off of work to find out about their services. I had read about the benefits of floating, but I am claustrophobic and had concerns. The woman working the desk was very kind and took me on a tour and told me how the float tank was outfitted to help with claustrophobic and that I didn't have to do the "sensory deprivation part" if I didn't want.
