I have been attempting to get my Mother's headstone for over a year. After meeting with Kelly to pick out the stone, it took almost two months to get the quote. Finally, I received the quote and wrote the check. The check cleared about a week or two later, then silence. I called and emailed multiple times and could not get a callback. This company does not deserve even 1 star. We met with them 6 months ago and gave specs for 2 monuments. They were supposed to call with estimate and draft of stones within 2 -3 weeks. As of today (6 months), they still have not called, even after leaving 4 urgent messages within 2 weeks. If they didn't want our business, all they needed to do was make a phone call. Done!

Had my 1,500 gallon holding tank installed today on Odessa. All went well. Driver great customer service. The plumber who installed it, was nearly worthless. Of course he came to me well qualified and his best foot forward. 4" rain floated it out of the ground. Qualifications and quality are not synonymous. The vault IS quality.
