Great experience today at this office. The ladies at check in were great, the lady with the beautiful accent walked us back and then to X-ray with a very friendly and fun lady who let my autistic daughter watch the process. She gave her a sucker and was just the nicest! After that a very knowledgeable man came in and spent time discussing with me my X-ray results and helping to guide the next step which ended up being receiving my first steroid injection. Man I have not even been here yet scheduled my appointment 3 weeks out due to MY SCHEDULE they have called me not once but twice to try to reschedule me when I’ve told them both times I can not change it because my work schedule she had to get a attitude about me not being able to reschedule and said fine someone will be here very rude very unprofessional
Sr Scott Walsh is incredible. I've been elsewhere in town and asked to be referred someone not Ortho AR. Dr Walsh is the kindest, gentlest man and takes time and makes sure you have all the details. To the extent of telling you multiple times so you have the answers to questions. He ended up doing surgery on my foot and the post-op has been just as amazing as the consult, surgery etc. I've been telling everyone about your facility and Dr Walsh and one friend who drove me to my post op appt said she wanted to have foot surger... read more
