I purchased a Breeze 540 from a distributor for Breeze. I paid extra for them to install it. It has now been 2 years and 4 months and we noticed the cell is defective. The 2 inside fins out of 4 on the cell have disintegrated. I called and no return call, so I went on the web site and filled out the info. They did call me back and blamed everything on me for this problem. I have had a salt system for 20+ years. First it was the wiring then it's the chemicals. We had a problem with our system not producing chlorine and they were very helpful in resolving the issue in a timely manner. Anyone looking to put a salt water system on their pool, we would highly recommend them!
After meeting the owner and working with their customer service team over the years, how can I not promote this local company?? SGS has a 3 year warranty on a salt chlorination system that does not require acid washing to maintain. For our super hard water here in the Phoenix Metro Area, the product has no equal. That, coupled with their professional organization has provide with great experiences to provide our route customers with an excellent solution. Thank you SGS Team!!
