Solved a stubborn problem! Didn't give up when they might've. No racking up charges about it either. Very pleased with service here.
I brought my 2019 Ford Edge in for a diagnostic since I’ve been having transmission issues, but with newer cars it could be so many possible things. They were so nice and understanding, very helpful in trying to figure out what could be done (which they did) and if there was any ways it could be cheaper fixes than necessary. I highly recommend going to this shop. It was a reasonable price, cheaper than it would’ve been anywhere else in my opinion.

The Saline Auto team could have performed the requested service, but chose instead to inform me that it wasn't necessary at this time. Old fashioned ethics are a rare things these days - very satisfied
