I’ve been a patient here for 12 years. I am out of state currently for a visit and came down with a horrid sinus infection. I talked to the emergency doctor on duty last night and all she did was tell me to “call back in the morning” or find the ER near me, which I can’t afford. I called back and one of your male front desk employees told me you can’t treat me because I’m out of state, due to “billing complications”. This is negligent and bordering on malpractice.
