I'm a Combat Veteran (Desert Storm) and I went through the drive through to pick up my meds. As I was in my car a lady came out and took my name and went inside (she had no mask). When I went through the drive through, a female pharmacist with a mask said something, but I couldn't hear her. I am hard of hearing sometimes and was wearing my hearing aides, but I still couldn't hear her and I asked her to remove the mask as I couldn't hear nor read her lips and she refused to do that.
