The work they perform I would rate 5-stars. but the communications from their office is so poor I have to drop a star. If your email them they don't answer. Well, maybe they answer one in ten. My answer was "let me look into that" but never got a response. If you call, it is answered by a computer, knowing I was talking to a robot I said "HUMAN," the robot says "sure, let me connect you with a service representative" but then it transfers you to....another robot. This is a review for Turfmen Lawn Fertilization, owned by Salinas Outdoor living, since they have gone completely silent and have refused to take care of their customers for literally months. Terrible experience with this company. There has been little to no communication and I have been attempting to cancel my services with them for weeks. They have not responded to phone calls, emails, requests directly on their Jobber website, or text messages. Salinas Outdoor Living did a great job in finishing the gardens around the brick patio and installing landscape lighting. Lupe, the owner, provided excellent professional services from the design phase to the final clean-up. The job was completed in three days with a three person work crew. I was informed on developments on the project at every stage. Pricing was good. I highly recommend Salinas Outdoor Living,

Unfortunately, I have to drop the rating. I requested a quote for a new mailbox installation. They did send someone over to but I never received the quote. I never heard back since then.
