My experience wasn't good :( I was scheduled to see the "balayage specialist." When I arrived the stylist had the most unhappy, grumpy face on. Then she didn't consult with me as to what her opinion was on my hair condition and/or what she felt I should do with my hair that day or what the price range was for the job. I did however explain how I had banding in my hair that needed to be fixed.(The reason why I went to a professional).
