Horrible experience. Extremely expensive. Very rood receptionist. Stay away.
I was referred to get a root canal by my dentist. Dr. SALINA WU walked in and, 3 minutes later, told me I needed a $400 CT scan and that she would refer me to an oral surgeon. I thought I needed a second opinion since her whole approach was pay up and leave. So the 5 minute consultation costed me $200 and I'm stuck with toothache. Also, I chose her because she was in network. Guess there are lots of unscrupulous dentists! Terrible experience!
Horrible experience horrible doctor.
This was my first root canal so I can only compare to stories of others experiences with other doctors. My experience with Dr. Wu was nothing like I've heard. I have now completed both appoints of my root canal. After treatment I took Aleve every 6-8 hours but never really felt any pain. Would feel a little pressure (best way to put it) at times but no discomfort. Other than novacaine injections and my facial hair getting yanked my equipment lol, this was a painless experience.
