The worst company. Can’t email them. Website doesn’t actually work. None of the abilities they advertise work online. I asked for them to call me back and they never did. Every time I call them I’m on hold for an hour. They charge an arm and a leg along with anything you have in your savings for your energy bill and don’t even have the decency to have anything positive about their customer service. I wish I could give them negative 5 stars.
I received my bill in the mail and it was 211$ my bill for the energy I used was 108$ the rest was bullshit fees definitely need to do better
Quite possibly the worst company I’ve ever dealt with. It sucks that they have a monopoly in small towns. If they weren’t the only electric company they would be out of business.
Its a energy company what do you need to know. Energy company = money hungry , government yes men that dont care about you and laugh in their 1/2 million dollar homes while most of us are lucky to eat while our kids barely eat
