This is the most horrible uncaring, unprepared, screw up of a utility I've ever dealt with. All this company is concerned about is lip service to their customers and lining their corporate pockets with continued raising fees and pathetic customer services!!! If there was a rating below one star they would get it!!!!
Slow to respond slow to pick up phone have medical emergency 🚨 still no power
We have been with out power for more than two hours, u guys have a thing that says my husband is on oxygen, and you have done nothing to rectify the situation
Been out of power for 4 hours only two block section and it's 20 degrees out
They've been doing necessary maintenance in the area, replacing poles and lines. But they aren't giving anyone notice when blocking your vehicles in nor that your power will be off. Called Customer service to complain about them blocking my vehicle, was told they would move so I could get out, They did move- 3 hours later when they finished their work for the day. Next few days they were back blocking in neighbor's property with no notice still.
