I walked into the store to get my eyebrows threaded. Rashmi was extremely kind, friendly, professional, and communicative. I felt that she asked my preference to the style of my eyebrows, each step of the way. Pricing is affordable, and service is fast. 10 out of 10 would highly recommend.

My wife has been a loyal customer at Salina's Eyebrow Threading in Great Neck since they first opened. She went today for eyebrow threading; she had their loyalty cards that when combined stamped entities her for a free service, but was told no it has to be on one card. She was treated very rudely. We're incredibly disappointed by this lack of appreciation for a longtime customer.
