They told me my children’s appointment was on 5-14-25 and as we were on our way, I called to let them know I was on my way and would be a few minutes late because I live an hour away and it took a while to get the kids done with breakfast. That is when they informed me that they had to change the appointment date but they did not send me a message or call me back after I had originally missed the phone call while I was busy. I had went to the ent for a lesion removal and the doctor, Mr bell was great he did a quick removal and was very kind, his nurse Heidi was overly nice and answered questions for me, she even showed me what tools they were going to use during the procedure, I highly recommend you let Dr bell do your next surgery!
They remove recent negative reviews. Don't waste your time going here, Dr Bell lacks any sort of professionalism
