I drove over an hour for my appointment and was 10 minutes late, so I expected to maybe wait longer to see the endocrinologist. The 3rd floor staff was very unfriendly seemed to know before I even told him my name that I was late & was very rude in letting me know that. Said he would ask to see if they could still see me. I waited another 10 minutes for them to tell me I couldn’t see a doctor. While I understand I was late the unfriendliness and lack of desire to help from the staff ensured I will never return here. The staff is very delightful and good to work with but trying to talk to someone in the office on the phone is almost impossible I know a couple people that have went elsewhere because of that
