Dr. Britton Zuccarellidoes not show grace or concern for patients. We had a terrible experience this morning driving from Manhattan to this clinic. We were running late but made it within the 10-minute late notice policy time of our appointment time. The Dr did not see us. I had all the paperwork filled out, the receptionist had it on file bc I mailed it to them per their request. I was ready to pay our copay and had my insurance card. I wish we could go back to Nero as we loved our provider, but we had major issues with the other staff, including our personal information being shared with third parties. We also experienced problems with our children not being able to be seen because the receptionist denied one parent access to files and falsely stated that a parent could not have access without the other parent. Since switching to another clinic, we have had zero issues with any of this. I wish they were more focused on taking care of patients instead of ... read more
