Dr. Britton Zuccarellidoes not show grace or concern for patients. We had a terrible experience this morning driving from Manhattan to this clinic. We were running late but made it within the 10-minute late notice policy time of our appointment time. The Dr did not see us. I had all the paperwork filled out, the receptionist had it on file bc I mailed it to them per their request. I was ready to pay our copay and had my insurance card. I wish we could go back to Nero as we loved our provider, but we had major issues with the other staff, including our personal information being shared with third parties. We also experienced problems with our children not being able to be seen because the receptionist denied one parent access to files and falsely stated that a parent could not have access without the other parent. I can’t speak highly enough about Dr Hessman & the pediatrics team! I drive over 2 hours each way from north west kansas to bring my kiddos to Dr Hessman & it is so worth the drive. He is beyond patient, kind & gentle with our kids & makes sure every concern or question I have is always answered. We are always seen so quickly & have never waited more than maybe 5-10 minutes in the waiting area before being called into a room. Ms Monica woolsencroft is the most knowledgeable pediatrician in the whole wide world. She’s honest, straight forward, kind, and makes parents and child both comfortable from day one (unless they are getting vaccines). I absolutely adore ms Monica. With nearly 30 years of experience I know my child is in good hands.
We have had the WORST time with this pediatric center. Setting appointments has to be weeks to months out. Calls and try’s to reschedule appointments a week before them leaving us screwed. Can NEVER get ahold of a nurse same day. I would save your time and find somewhere else.
