Dr Baldwin is a very kind and empathetic woman and her assistant Lulu, is efficient and sweet. I’ve been truly heard in this office by both of them with my concerns and health problems. Dr Baldwin really gives you the time to listen and answers my questions thoroughly. Only had one negative experience with front office staff in which Dr Baldwin called me personally to apologize and went out of her way to do so. Great customer service and care which is hard to come by.
Dr. Baldwin is an exceptional doctor, and I am deeply grateful for her care. I credit her for helping me safely deliver my daughter. I was struggling with a high risk pregnancy and the MFM office was difficult to deal with - often giving me conflicting advice and changing my medication. Dr. Baldwin went above and beyond to take control of my care and gave my case time, attention, and compassion in a way that felt truly special for a busy doctor. Dr. Baldwin delivered my son back in 2016. I realized that I never left a review after I recently seen someone raving about the OB care they received from her recently. Dr. Baldwin was a saving grace after my first delivery. She truly embodied grace, kindness, humility, and understanding. I still think about her.
