As an older woman who is more concerned with menopause issues than having a baby, I found Dr. Baldwin had zero interest. I specifically made an appointment to discuss the possibility to undergo HRT with my history of DCIS breast cancer more than 25 years ago with no recurrence. 0 stars if I could! Very disappointed with the staff in this office not only did I speak to multiple staff i get a confirmation call 3 days before my appointment that they don't accept my insurance and in their actual website it especially says they accept it. Not only that I had this appointment for 2 months almost 3 months while pregnant! They received a referral and received my medical records and blood work and had me do their new patient paperwork. I want to start with everyone at this practice is super nice and friendly. My issue is that they seem to have too many patients to handle or they are over scheduled. I picked this clinic based off glowing reviews but Dr Baldwin wasn’t there for my delivery and most frustrating to me was that several times I waited over an hour past my appointment time in the lobby, then another wait in the exam room. I absolutely LOVE Dr. Baldwin! She is so thorough, kind, friendly, and attentive! She delivered my son, and she has continued to provide my care! I highly her/her practice!
