My braider cancelled my appointment & I was looking for someone who could get me in before my birthday. The owner answered & told me to be there at 3:30. When I arrived there was someone in the chair & she wasn’t finished until after 4- I didn’t complain because I had time to go eat. She finished my hair in about 3.5 hours, great. First time going here & I asked for medium knotless mid back length. Paid $190 plus $10 tip. Brought my own hair because they didn’t have the colors I wanted. There were two different women that did the front & back. I shouldn’t be able to tell their work apart. Terrible work and I didn’t notice the size difference on the sides because I was in a rush to leave to grab my kiddos from school & just put my hair in a bun.
Terrible customer service from the owner (pictured)!!! The braider herself was kind, sweet, and made sure to take great care of me. However, at the end of the service she told me to pay Salima “the owner” and that’s where everything went downhill. Her Apple Pay kept giving an error, and instead of troubleshooting or offering another solution, she got upset with me! She then told me to “walk to an ATM” that wasn’t even my bank. Absolutely not. I was so frustrated I just paid and left.. I’ll never return they are very mediocre.. Making up the prices it’s crazy..
