Terrible customer service from the owner (pictured)!!! The braider herself was kind, sweet, and made sure to take great care of me. However, at the end of the service she told me to pay Salima “the owner” and that’s where everything went downhill. Her Apple Pay kept giving an error, and instead of troubleshooting or offering another solution, she got upset with me! She then told me to “walk to an ATM” that wasn’t even my bank. Absolutely not. I was so frustrated I just paid and left.. I’ll never return they are very mediocre.. Making up the prices it’s crazy..

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, Salima set up an appointment and confirmed a time with me, just for me to give her a call an hour before my appointment (letting her know I was on my way) and she told me she had 2 people ahead of me already. No call, no follow up, did not respect my time or honor or acknowledge our appointment or that she was late. Not only that. "My experience wasn’t great. The braider lacked proper braiding skills, and I had to return to have some braids redone. However, the owner was very professional and apologized for the inconvenience. She said, "I will do your hair next time."

Very unreliable service. You make your appointment, you turn up all you can hear is my braiders did not come to work, or lm running behind. This keeps happening, at one point l wonder if she pays her braiders, as they are always leaving. Salima’s personality is not bad but overall the service is poor. They need to improve on customer service, and professionalism. This is not the Braid Shop you wanna go. Disappointed!!
