I called them to schedule an appointment for my mother and the receptionist who had an Indian accent, asked us what insurance my mom has and when I said Meridian Heath Medicaid, she said we don’t take that insurance and hung up on me. This is the rudest person I have ever encountered in my life and when I called back she wasn’t even sorry. Our insurance says they’re the prim physician and they did not even listen to us. RUDE AND THE INDIAN LADY SHOULD GET FIRED.
