I have used Salient Landscaping 6 years ago and had a good experience. Therefore, when I needed landscaping services again in 2023, Salient Landscaping was my first choice. We requested several small landscaping projects be completed at our home in July 2023. We got a very quick response, a quote and paid the full deposit ($1900) as requested. We were assured that since this was a small (one day job) it would be easily scheduled, and they would be in touch. I sent some dates to work around (nothing complicated - a one day event and then a week of vacation). And then crickets. No communication for several weeks. BUYER BEWARE. I gave a large dowpayment in May 2022 as work was supposed to be starting. When July came and work had yet to start, I asked for a refund. They refused to give a refund despite ZERO work being completed. I had to take them to small claims court and am still fighting to get my money back. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY.
