I have came in for an extremely painful health issue failed aortic bypass and need referrals and meds this happened last Saturday was at my 2nd appointment and Dr knew dealing with prior authorization Haven't been able to get a prior authorization for a medication that is very much needed . Dr. Batson and his staff are awesome! They made me feel very comfortable, and I always leave there more well-informed about my health.
I’ve never had a problem with anyone on staff. They are always welcoming, kind, and courteous. The office is also very clean and beautiful. I’ve never had to wait too long and I am always confident in the work everyone does and know that they work hard to get the answers I seek about my health. I highly recommend Salient Health as a PCP
