Couldn't get into our regular vet and my senior dog was in pain/limping. Alex was able to fit my dog into Dr. Ben's schedule as a drop off and I cannot say thank you enough. Dr. Ben really cares about the senior pets and talked through the best options for her with me. What a knowledgeable, compassionate and kind doctor and staff. Thanks a million!!! Highly recommend this doctor and staff.
Annie charged for an exam which she never did, and charged for 5 radiographs, 2 were totally undiagnostic. I have worked for the best Equine Veterinarians in the industry, and this was pathetic. Debbie Willemsma

On 7/24/25, We brought our beloved senior rat terrier, who was in critical condition and at the end of her life, to Salida Veterinary Hospital—the clinic we had trusted up until this point and where Dr. Hill had been involved in her care. All other nearby veterinary offices were closed until 1:30 PM, and we arrived at Salida Vet.
