It's got two things going for it, it's a VA clinic and it's in Salida. Oh ! And the personnel are top notch
Very friendly and effective staff!
My experience so far is incredible. The staff is extremely responsive and helpful. I've heard horror stories about the VA, but I've experienced nothing but professionalism and prompt responses. This is far better care than you get from Marketplace insurance, if you're eligible.
Everyone here is top notch including the doctor, nurse, MA, and front desk. Every concern is addressed quickly and effiicently.
Was trying to get an appointment through the VA phone line and said I had a 35 minute wait to schedule an appointment. I walked into the clinic and had one scheduled for the next week in a few minutes.
