Everyone here is top notch including the doctor, nurse, MA, and front desk. Every concern is addressed quickly and effiicently.
Was trying to get an appointment through the VA phone line and said I had a 35 minute wait to schedule an appointment. I walked into the clinic and had one scheduled for the next week in a few minutes.
Great staff, quality care. I think some blame them for faults caused by the regional office and don't realize that these folks are doing the best they can in a system that can be hard to navigate. Remember, these folks didn't build Rome, they're just trying to help the centurions.
I have always found this clinic to be caring and professional. Scheduled appointments have never been a problem and I am delighted that there is now a doctor on site. This little clinic has served me in many ways and saves me a long drive to the VA hospital.
I've been calling for weeks... they don't answer their phone. My shoulder is bothering me a lot from a service related injury and I cannot make an appointment because they WON'T PICK UP THEIR PHONE.
