*GIVE THEM A CALL YOU WON'T REGRET IT* I have rented a storage unit with Salida Secured Storage LLC for a little over a year. For the duration of my renting from them I have had zero problems. My storage unit was clean and ready for me to put my property in. Each time I went to my storage unit the property was always kept clean of trash. Horrible, horrible horrible! I’ve been waiting two months to get my deposit back of $200. They keep telling me that they’re gonna put it in the mail. I’ll believe it when I see it. I only use them for one month and paid for two.

DO NOT RENT HERE. The gate is always open so if you want secured storage, THIS IS NOT IT. Multiple times we have gone in, there are homeless/drug addicts hanging around if you spend time in Salida you know there are lots of them). Can't get ahold of anyone to report anything or, if you do manage to talk to someone it is an out of state representative that will "take note" of your concern. Been told since June that "the part just arrived and it will be fixed soon!". I understand getting someone to fix the gate is hard but it ... read more
