Thank you for your help with medical equipment for "mom". She never made it back home to use it, but we were prepared in hopes that she would. All 3 staff members I met during delivery and taking it down, we kind, efficient, personable, and explained how things worked very well. If you had picked up the equipment when first notified that we no longer needed it, instead of 1 week and 3 more phone calls later, it would have been helpful.

Service tech was great. The only problem I had was probably due to the nature of the machine itself - how exactly it was to be fitted and what was supposed to accomplish.
