Mike was wonderful, but it took 10 days for him to get out here. That’s slow.
Julio was so friendly, professional & got my oxygen set up with easy to understand instructions. Great experience.
The representative was amazing and kind. The only real complaint would be it taking so long to get this going. It’s been a month since my portable oxygen was ordered by my pulmonologist and it will be another week until I receive it. But I guess it is what it is. Thank you Wendy for your kindness and professionalism.
